Abstract
Based on a three-year implementation period, this article analyzes the new compensation system for road traffic accidents, its objectives, and the practical challenges observed in adjudication and settlement. It discusses the effects of rising claims on insurers and courts, and reviews the mechanisms introduced to streamline compensation and reduce delays. The paper concludes with recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency in damages assessment, and victim protection.
