Aims & Scope
The Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform for the dissemination of original and high-quality research in the fields of law, economics, and management. The journal welcomes contributions that combine theoretical analysis and empirical approaches, addressing both national and international contexts.
Its mission is to promote academic debate and support the development of research that contributes to a better understanding of economic, legal, and social transformations in Morocco and beyond. By fostering dialogue between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, the journal seeks to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world challenges.
The journal publishes research articles, theoretical papers, case studies, and book reviews in three languages — Arabic, French, and English. All submissions are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific integrity, originality, and relevance.
Topics covered by the journal include, but are not limited to:
- Public and private law, human rights, and governance
- Economic policy, development strategies, and financial systems
- Business management, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Socio-economic and institutional transformations in Morocco and the Global South
- Interdisciplinary studies linking law, economics, and social sciences
Through open access publication, the Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management contributes to the visibility of Moroccan and African research and to the promotion of knowledge exchange at regional and international levels.
