About This Journal

The Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management provides an academic platform for the publication of original scientific articles in the fields of law, economics, and management.

All articles submitted to the journal are subject to a collegial evaluation process conducted by the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial committee. Once a manuscript is provisionally accepted, it undergoes an anonymous peer-review by the scientific committee of the journal.

The decision of the scientific committee, along with its comments and recommendations, is communicated to the authors by the Editor-in-Chief. Authors are required to indicate whether the submitted article has been previously published or is under consideration elsewhere.
