Abstract
The article presents the Moroccan Automobile Guarantee Fund, its legal basis, governance and funding mechanisms. It details the scope of indemnification provided to victims of road accidents when the liable party is unknown, uninsured or insolvent, and explains the procedural steps required to obtain compensation. The paper also discusses the Fund’s intervention in proceedings and its right of recourse against responsible parties.
