Abstract

This article discusses selected aspects of the Constitutional Chamber’s jurisprudence, emphasizing that constitutional review, while grounded in legal technique, also relates to the balance between public powers. Focusing on questions connected to parliamentary internal rules and oversight functions, the paper explains how constitutional adjudication shapes legislative practice and reinforces constitutional principles. It highlights interpretive approaches used by the Constitutional Chamber and the practical consequences of its decisions for parliamentary procedure and institutional checks and balances. Overall, the article shows how constitutional case law contributes to legal certainty and to the structuring of public governance.
