Abstract
This report presents the proceedings of a scientific symposium held in Tripoli on the theme of Arab regimes and democracy. It summarizes the intellectual and political debates that brought together participants from different Arab countries and ideological backgrounds. The report highlights the questions raised about democracy, political participation, and the gap between aspirations and realities in Arab political systems.
