Abstract

This analytical economic study examines the evolution of public expenditure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provides forecasts up to 1406 AH. It analyzes the structure of state revenues and expenditure, with particular attention to the role of oil revenues, development plans, and public investment priorities. The study links fiscal policy to broader objectives of economic diversification, infrastructure development, and social welfare.
