Abstract
This note presents the doctoral thesis of Ms. Fatna Sarehane on conflicts of laws relating to spouses' personal relations in Moroccan private international law. It outlines the research topic and its relevance to family law, personal status, and cross-border legal relationships. The note highlights the importance of the subject for understanding the interaction between Moroccan law and foreign legal systems.
