Abstract
This presentation concerns the state doctoral thesis of Mr. Kacem Taj on the place of technology in the development of the Moroccan food system. It addresses the role of technology in agricultural production, food processing, and the organization of the food economy. The note situates the topic within broader debates on development, dependence, and modernization.
