Abstract
This article examines the legal foundations and geopolitical implications of the right to territorial integrity. It discusses this right in relation to international law, sovereignty, self-determination, and the political context of the Moroccan Sahara. The article highlights the tension between legal principles and geopolitical realities in disputes over territory and state integrity.
