Abstract
This note presents Mr. Ahmed Grar's thesis on the role of foreign capital in the industrialization of the Third World, with Morocco as a case study. It introduces the research problem and highlights the links between foreign investment, dependency, industrial policy, and development strategies. The note situates the thesis within debates on development and economic sovereignty.
