Abstract
This article examines the legal, economic, and institutional conditions of business creation in Morocco. It addresses the procedures and constraints faced by entrepreneurs and analyzes the relationship between enterprise creation, financing, administrative requirements, and the development of small and medium-sized firms. The article highlights the importance of entrepreneurship for economic development and employment.
