Abstract
The professional inclusion of people with disabilities requires the involvement of several stakeholders whose contribution remains underexplored in the Moroccan context. This research highlights the role of non-profit organizations as partners in implementing inclusion policies for people with disabilities. In Morocco, given the lack of professional structures offering support services to companies, candidates and employees with disabilities, working with non-profit organizations appears to be a relevant alternative. Based on an exploratory qualitative methodology, the study examines the contribution of associative actors to the professional inclusion process and the role they play in facilitating recruitment, integration and retention. The results show that organizations specialized in disability issues strengthen the credibility of corporate diversity policies and act as key partners throughout the inclusion process.
