Abstract
This final report presents the main highlights and outcomes of a national symposium organized by the Laboratory of Civil Legal Studies and Transactions Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences Aïn Chock (Casablanca) on the theme of consumer protection in the field of industrial property. It summarizes the structure of the event, the two thematic axes addressed, and the contributions of speakers, emphasizing the importance of academic dialogue and dissemination of scientific activities.
