Abstract
This paper discusses the role of summary (urgent) judicial proceedings in the protection of trademarks used in manufacturing, trade, and services. It situates trademark rights within the broader category of intangible property rights and highlights the need for rapid remedies to prevent ongoing infringement. The study explains how interim measures can preserve rights, stop harmful acts, and secure evidence, thereby reinforcing effective trademark enforcement.
