Abstract

The study focuses on the legal framework governing entries and notations recorded against an application for land registration, as regulated by Article 84 of the Land Registration Dahir and the amendments introduced by Law 14-07. It discusses the types of rights and claims that may be recorded during the registration process, the procedural steps and safeguards, and the consequences of such entries for the applicant and third parties. The article highlights how these mechanisms balance the protection of competing rights with the goal of completing registration and ensuring stability of titles.
