Abstract
This welcome address opens the conference on financing economic development, organized by the Association of Graduates of the Faculty of Law of Casablanca (ALFAC). The speaker welcomes the Prime Minister, ministers, ambassadors, academics, and invited guests, and presents the intellectual and institutional purpose of the meeting.
