Abstract
This case note comments on Decision No. 527 of 15 September 1981 in a social case involving maintenance, divorce, and medical expertise. It analyzes the court’s reasoning concerning sterility and its relevance to a dispute over maintenance during pregnancy, while highlighting broader issues relating to the evidentiary role of medical expertise in Moroccan family litigation.
