Abstract
This article analyzes the King of Morocco’s invocation of Article 19 of the Constitution at a critical moment between legislative periods. It examines the constitutional basis, political context, and institutional implications of this use of royal authority, and discusses its significance for Moroccan constitutional practice and the functioning of political institutions.
