Abstract
This article examines the legal classification of the sources of obligations under Moroccan civil law, particularly within the Code of Obligations and Contracts. It discusses doctrinal distinctions among contracts, unilateral acts, civil liability, and other sources of obligations, and evaluates the coherence and practical value of the legal classification.
