Abstract
This article examines the pedagogical training of university teachers in Morocco, drawing on the experience of a pedagogical day organized at the Faculty of Law. It argues that university teaching requires both disciplinary expertise and the ability to transmit knowledge effectively, and it analyzes institutional and individual factors affecting teaching quality before proposing improvements.
