Abstract
This introductory note sets out the ambitions of the journal in the context of Moroccan university reform. It recalls that universities are entrusted not only with teaching but also with promoting scientific research, a task made difficult by weak documentation, limited staff availability, and insufficient means for publication. The text presents the review as a forum for legal, economic, and social reflection, as well as a means of encouraging collaborative research and strengthening academic debate. It also emphasizes the journal’s openness to practitioners and to exchanges with national and international research institutions.
