Abstract
The journey implies a new birth, becoming “another”; different from what we were before departure, revolting against one’s own “I”, adopting different values, searching for a new life. The return, if it exists, can mean the failure or astonishment to contemplate what we were once, to consider ourselves as different from what we were before leaving our place of origin.
