Abstract
This article explores the feminist narrative focus on the body and its desires, analyzed through the dichotomies of rape and protection. It examines specific works by Laila El Otman, Ibtissame Trissi, and Mary Shaw, where the body is oppressed by economic, traditional, and social factors. It also discusses themes of body persecution and emancipation in Manhal Essarraj’s novels, reflecting female issues within a patriarchal culture.
