Abstract

Thus, our problem will deal with the abusive language made to women in Moroccan proverbs. First, we will talk about sexism in the Moroccan language. Second, we will address the issue of verbal violence against women. We also analyze the image and value of women in Moroccan culture. Finally, we will focus on the lexicological analysis of the insulting proverbs against women that smear her image and devalue her in Moroccan society.
