Abstract
Since the current debate situates the concepts of heritage and development within an academic framework, it is essential to examine the disciplinary field in which they intersect. The central inquiry concerns the articulation of these two notions: how they forge systemic links and exert transformative social forces. These forces fundamentally target values whose impact must be measurable and verifiable through specific indicators. Consequently, this field necessitates a multi-perspective approach, integrating diverse research experiences and specialized expertise. Such transdisciplinarity requires rigorous coordination between these various analytical angles. These complexities justify a cautious and meticulous methodological intervention
