Abstract
This contribution will be mainly dedicated to the deictic d when used with stative verbs and its ability to ‘energize’ the state they express. From the data of a kabyle variety of Toudja, that of the iԑemranen situated to the north west of Bejaia, it will be shown that, thanks to its kinetics and its actualizing function, this deictic allows the verb that it is used with and which initially expresses a result to shift to the expression of the operation that leads to it.
